As soon as we put our feet outside the door at 3:55am it started to sprinkle light rain so we had an abbreviated walk again and the dogs really cooperated by doing their business right away. Then we all went right back to bed for more strange dreams while it continued to rain.
Carlos from ServiNet was supposed to come by today but he couldn't find someone to cover for him with his mother who just had heart surgery, so I just told him to wait until Monday. Nothing is terribly urgent anymore.
Canada at least scored a goal today (actually Morocco scored on their own net) in a 2-1 loss in what was really a fun game to watch. I stand by my advice to have the Canadian teams practice in the country to learn how to hit the broad side of a barn...
Strange but true, on our men's team, they have a guy named Johnston, who just happens to look like a fellow named Funk who is married to friend of ours named Johnston.....
So I wasted the day watching more soccer and switching to NetFlix tonight until, for some unknown reason, we lost Internet... which is not supposed to happen with fiber optic... Weird....
Then there were multiple sirens outside heralding a cheesy Christmas parade, and they all wanted their pictures taken!!!
I hope you enjoy the pictures. That was the day’s excitement.
