It is hot!
This morning I caught Killer gingerly making his way down our concrete ramp which could be rough on him.  I was amazed at his manner of raising himself to move.  I helped him the rest of the way and he went quite a ways into the grass on his own.
After chores I boogied into Tulua alone (stupid rule), delivered diapers to Ana Julia and went to pay my health insurance early.
Then I had to wait in line because this was the first day open for HomeCenter.  They took everyone's details which is a sensible precaution if they have an outbreak and need to notify people.  I tried to find a TV Box to run Netflix, etc on a standard TV, like this:
I have one on order but need another.  HomeCenter not only didn't have this, they also did not have silicon gliders to move furniture, nor springs to fix my Pooper Scooper.  Grrr
LA14 also did not have the TV Box but gave me the name and address of a place downtown called "El Senor De Los Juegos" (The Game Man).  I did a quick grocery run at LA14, mainly getting my salad supplies to last a few days, along with instant coffee, etc for Cristina.
Then I went to find the Game Man and had to walk a few blocks as I continue to confuse streets and avenues here and find available parking.  He was closed..... Grrrrrr.
Once home I contacted 2 other electronics stores and they responded that they did not have any.
I took a few photos of Tom Thumb who was accommodating today.
Cristina, Claudia and Daniel were bathing 2 puppies for adoption, one that had been here before, Blackie.  Enjoy.
There are apparently 74 episodes of Pablo Escobar.  We are more than 1/2 way through.
I hope you enjoy the pictures.  That was the day’s excitement.

I got this great compliment today from my sister Leonie:
"The two pictures I just sent were taken with Erin’s Nikon D3500 camera because she is constantly taking pictures like you do.  I keep telling her that she’s taking after her uncle Al."  Very sweet, Thank you Leonie.  The D3500 is a great little camera, not unlike my D5600.

Cristina gave me the sad news that the third kitten passed away as well.  There is just no replacement for a real mother and they just stop eating and die.  I feel so sorry for Cristina who does everything she can for baby cats and dogs and it hurts to see a helpless animal die.
I am looking for days to escape but today is not one of them.
I am thankful that the garbagemen take the many heavy bags of lawn clippings because, otherwise, I wouldn't know what to do with them.
Yes, my camera got a bit of a workout today and Tom Thumb was not the star today, it was the colourful Saffron Finches.  I really like the range on the new lens.
Also the Vermilion Flycatcher made an appearance with a captured wasp.  It makes me happy that we have a predator for those nasty insects that bother my hummingbirds.
Aram comes almost every evening to again watch movies with me.  We are well into 40 episodes of Pablo Escobar....
I hope you enjoy the pictures.  That was the day’s excitement.
