The little rain last night had little effect. We walked this morning under light cloud, bright overhead moon, and a few indistinct stars. The first dog around the corner on the 3rd floor barked at us for a block and a half, but it was easy walking after that. We went by the enclosure to see the mare and filly then came home and napped until 7:30am.
Then I got up, cut my hair and goatee, did the toilette, and did poop patrol before chores.
Cristina went again to the cemetery to change the crypt face. When she came back she went to bed for most of the day.
I made myself a couple of bacon and cheese sandwiches for lunch and whiled away some time until the Argentina-Croatia semi-final started. The amazing Messi had a penalty shot and 2 assists. Croatia barely got a shot on net all game. Looking forward to tomorrow's France-Morocco game.....
Then I had another short nap before getting up to a lot of disappointing news.
PuntoNet cannot service my house, only 3 blocks from their bloody office! In any case, they were certainly not willing to compete for my business.
Carlos from ServiNet was to come today but is waiting on a piece of equipment that I paid for, so will come tomorrow if he can find gas for his motorcycle....
I asked Miguel to come fishing Thursday with us but he says that he will be in Cali.... Always an excuse...
Movistar sent us a bill for 2,000 pesos for Internet, TV and landline that we cancelled end of October... This is $0.42 USD! I paid it and they will not get a cent from me ever again except for our cel phones.
I wasn't in the mood to take pictures. That was the day’s excitement.
