The word came down that a Cabalgata (Horse gathering) was happening at the main square this evening. Usually they come right down our street but tonight it was used for parking instead and the main thoroughfare through town was closed off for the gorgeous Paso Fino horses and riders.

https://youtu.be/uz6WbP3FppQ Cabalgata I had no idea until tonight that the horses mouth/jaw works as hard as the feet. They are such amazing animals!
I used the Nikon with its own flash and I am not disappointed with the results at all. Of 102 photos I kept 86 and you are getting to see a select 19.
I hope you enjoy the pictures. That was the day’s excitement.
