There was high cloud and still a lot of water around, so we cut the walk short. The filly must have had a good bath last night.
It is so peaceful and quiet with just me and the dogs. So nice to have a day to relax a bit. Lots of sun today so the lake should subside relatively quickly.
I saw the last lap of the Moto GP race and I wish that I had been able to see it all. My #1 guy, Marc Marquez came in second, while my #2 guy, Fabio Quartararo, crashed out and lost his championship lead. The last lap was unbelievable as 7 riders were within one second of the leader! Absolute WOW racing!
I watched Wonder Woman 84 on cable, just because it was about the only thing decent to watch, and then watched some American football to kill the afternoon.
I received a couple of hotel and beach pictures from Cristina at the coast, and one movie, but have no evidence that they actually saw any whales. At the last second, I had given Cristina the Lumix but, stupid me, did not show her about rapid-fire shooting or movies.... My bad.. If they actually have any photos or anything, hopefully you will see some tomorrow, as well as photos of the patio once it is finished....
Peace reigned, and I was too lazy to take photos today. I actually feel like having a nap around now....
