The rain, and Killer, woke me up Friday morning at 1:30am.  This is getting to be a habit with Killer and I am not impressed.

I had to write Leonel to beg off on cutting the jungle, which is really thick and high now, but there was just too much standing water to allow that.

So I spent Friday working on photos while Cristina had Sofia again for a movie night.  Season 6 of Peaky Blinders is available so that is my evening entertainment for a few days.

Today, no rain, but Killer had me up at 1:30, 2:30 and 3:30am.  Mainly he wants to be propped up near his water dish.  He has a cold with all this damp weather.  So me and the 4 dogs had a nice walk this morning.

I felt good this morning so I braved the bathroom scale.  I have lost 5KG in the 5 weeks I have been back.  That is a trend I hope to continue.

So the Blog Subscription is sending out old blogs 5 years old...!!.  I have no idea why.  I have no control.  My apologies.

I took Cristina into Adiela's to help with the puppies there.  One is apparently sick, I am not privy to which one yet..

I continued on to HomeCenter for cleaning supplies and rust paint for the 2 doors I have been working on.  For the first time, the folks in the paint department bent over backwards to help me find what I needed and I complimented them profusely for their great service.  That was the best service I have received anywhere in Colombia!

With the buffing wheels I cleaned, as best I could, all the weld spots.  Then we had this special metal cleaner to wipe down the whole doors, and especially the weld spots.  My hands are numb from all this work.  Now I need to draft someone to paint the doors for me.  I am bad at painting...  Hopefully, between Cristina and Claudia, we can get this done.

Cristina had locked the 2 puppies in the master bedroom for security and feeding, and I slipped in to have a quick nap.  However, some a$$hole neighbor started lighting firecrackers regularly, and soon I had all 14 dogs in with me. Chiquitita, enjoys a bedroom to herself.  The dogs really hate those loud noises.  I wish that I could do something to get back at those horrible neighbors.

Claudia is here to help with Killer and the puppies until Cristina gets home.

I hope you enjoy the pictures.  That was the day’s excitement.
