Hppy 82nd Birthday in heaven brother Laurent.

The cloud was back and very solid after the heavy rain last night.  We got out 10 minutes earlier than usual and the walk was one of the quietest ever.

We went out early to get Mona at Zoonosis to take her to vet Dr John Faber Rojas to get fixed today.  Then we returned to wait for the call when she would be finished.

We were barely home when ServiEntrega showed up at the door with my latest Amazon package, early again...  I had ordered 3 pairs of walking shorts with 7 pockets each, elastic waistbands, with more security for wallet and phone.  I also got a new fancy 12-outlet expander with USB ports.  And I got two surge protector bars, 6 outlets, 4 USB with 10 foot cords.  Now there is no need to hunt for places to charge visiting phones.

So we got the call around 10 that Mona was ready so we prepared to go.  We then got a visit from Cristina's ex, Carlos.  I was having him look into getting metal fencing to weld to the two back doors to protect the critters and avoid another strangulation.  He said that a guy was coming by with used fencing for 20,000 pesos = $5 USD.  We waited and the rusty fencing arrived, also a tad short that we wanted.  We paid him and moved it to the patio where we may use it to build a dog enclosure.  Carlos though we would just cut off the rustier and and all would be OK...  NOT!

So we went to find a proper NEW fencing place in Tulua and decided on a smaller-hole fence that even kittens could not get through,.. much safer for all the critters,.. and, we can get the full length, X 2....  We pick it up Monday.

Then we picked up Mona who was still a tad groggy and returned her to Zoonosis.

Next was a trip to get Ana Julia to go get her monthly stipend from the Government.  That would be an easy job normally but seriously an inchworm moves faster than she does.  She gives the word "slow" an new definition...

By then it was almost 1pm and we were seriously hungry.  Cristina quickly cooked up some fish which was very tasty.

Nap time... long nap needed...

Just got the word that my son-in-law's uncle passed away May 18th.  I don't know why it took so long to get this notice.  RIP Neil.

GO Oilers GO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hope you enjoy the pictures.  That was the day’s excitement.
