One week to Christmas and 2 weeks to feeling officially old in my mind...
Wednesdays are always a bit of a rush with the dog walk and listening to Christmas music blaring from the church at 4:30am. Then carefully do my chores before poop and garbage patrol. I also had to fill the hummingbird feeders again already.
By 9:30 we were in Tulua at the Kia dealership to pick up David who was taking his Cerato in for service. Then we went for brunch with more coffee at Bizcochito.
Then David accompanied us to Olympica to buy 16 kgs of livers, etc to make dog food. At 36c USD a pound, it is worth the trip there. We tried 3 different places to pay our utility bills and internet but they all wanted cash money... Grrr.
We dropped off David and made a quick pitstop at the cemetery before going to D-Uno for pop, chips, peanuts, balogna sticks, etc. That place is so very reasonable on those items.
Then we went to our Bancolombia branch and paid all the Internet , home phone, cable, and utility bills with the debit card. 367,950 pesos, or $110.55 USD covered it all.
Long afternoon naps, a good portion with the crazy kitten are becoming the norm. Often I even have a short morning nap too.
The new roses seem to be doing well and all our dogs, except Killer, are pretty darn healthy, just like us, fat and happy...
I hope you enjoy the pictures. That was the day’s excitement.
