Yesterday we were supposed to take Rocas to the vet but we remembered to call first.... because he wasn't even there today.
So, it was a lazy day, watching 3 movies and a walk with Aram.  Cristina went to another political meeting.

This morning we took Rocas in for her probable final chemotherapy treatment before surgery because her prolapsed vagina is almost healed and the chemotherapy is doing its job.
While there Cristina recognized another dog owner and pointed out that his dog is our old JACK!  Because of Jack's new haircut, I didn't recognize him, and sadly he didn't recognize me either, maybe because of my new haircut, lol.  It was so very gratifying to see the love between Jack and his new owner who has renamed him Toby.  We are so happy that he is having a good life as the only pampered dog.
We paid the water and electricity bills, about $60 and went to do some quick shopping for staples at D-Uno (D1).  We bought a lot, and were thrilled that the bill was only 74,000 pesos, or $21.93 USD for that pile in the photo below.  I would hate to think what that would cost in Canada.
My buddy Tom has twigged me onto a new electric moped with the best battery on the market.  He is looking into how to get these into Colombia (maybe in pieces) to avoid the import taxes which make buying some things prohibitive.  The website is https://juicedscorpion.com/
By buying 2 bikes and taking advantage of promotions we may be able to get the bike for as little as $1,150 USD each.  The freight is what may kill the deal.  I am pretty sure that a person will not need a licence or insurance for an electric moped....
Without prompting, Aram got back involved with baiting the Visa traitor in Canada and more information has been sent to our super RCMP contact in Bogota.  We have determined that the language used in his messages is Iranian Persian.
Then we got a call that our ABBA stove had been delivered to Exito at La Herradura so back to Tulua we went.  After some initial confusion they eventually brought out the unit and, after a McDonald's ice cream, we came home with it.
We made a brief stop at the cemetery and came home to nap.  Stuck in the door was the gas bill for under $4.
I hope you enjoy the pictures.  That was the day’s excitement.

Jack looks like a new dog

He also looks very, very happy

This makes us so very happy for our litle guy
