We were running really early again today without a whole lot of sleep.  We were at the Doggy Park shortly after 7:30am with dog crates and supplies to pick up a female dog and female cat.  Then we drove into Tulua and my phone had lost its connection with Movistar so I was again fumbling my way to find the Super Mascotas vet office.  The two girls were slated for "bargain" sterilization for street animals.  I tried to ask if they could rush our animals through because we needed to go out of town quickly.  They said maybe by noon, call us...
So I headed right away to Movistar and got them to correct the fault to my signal.  It is amazing how much we depend now on our phones for calls, internet and navigation.
Then we went to Dollar City and bought more stuff, like a birdseed feeder that can repel rain, and a few things for Christian's grave...
We had a quick lunch and then went to Miguel and Adiela's because we were told that someone wants to adopt the two bunnies.  We didn't really find out anything more at this point.  But I was looking at Miguel's movie collection and it is amazing how we have the same tastes in movies.  He had many of the same as me and a few that I wish I had.  So I borrowed a few like Taras Bulba and Ghengis Khan which I have wanted to see again.
Then we called Super Mascotas and they said the animals would be ready after their lunch, around 2:30...  Grrrr.  So we just went home, stopping briefly at the cemetery.  Then an hour's nap was in order.
We zoomed back into Tulua and made a quick stop to pick up some celery at LA14.  Maybe you can guess what drink I will be making for company tomorrow..  Hard to find celery salt here...
We picked up the groggy dog and cat and took them back to the Doggy Park and Cristina briefly did her other chores.  It is so hard to drive home again without an armful of these beautiful abandoned critters.
I hope you enjoy the pictures.  That was the day’s excitement.
