Today we decided to begin the job of organizing the patio a little to facilitate cleaning and reduce the mice problem.  This was a good start with further refinement needed later.  I made a makeshift long shelf at either end and it is amazing how compact things seem once things are sorted and combined with like objects.  I am now sorry that I didn't take some "before" pics because the difference is really remarkable.  There will be more refinement later.
I also got a few more shots of different denizens of the backyard for you.  I even spared a mosquito for a shot but I have been on an absolute rampage with the electronic racket bug zapper.
I had a very long nap today after that exertion and didn't want to get up.
I got an email to forward to the Coopera investors group for the Americans who are trying to get their Ecuadorian Ambassador to help them and enforce a bilateral treaty to enable them to recoveer their lost savings to the corrupt Ecuadorian government.  A meeting is being set up with the Embassy Economic section personnel where our people can present their case.  While I am Canadian, and almost paid out, I still maintain email contact with a lot of the "Perjudicados" (injured) in the Coopera fiasco and pass along information.
Cris and Claudia and Sara are off again to help at the Doggy Park.  Cristina has a new project, .. helping a mama to get her pee-pee poo-poo walks, and a little break from the six hungry six puppies.
I hope you enjoy the pictures.  That was the day’s excitement.
