Yesterday took so much energy out of me. That is a fact! I awoke around 3am but dozed until our 35 minute walk with 4 dogs at 4:30am. I managed that OK but hurriedly did poop and garbage patrol in the dark. I skipped the other chores and went back to bed for 5 hours. I was very sore when I got back up again. Even so, I cut my own hair before showering, etc.
Cristina had me make sweet+sour ribs for lunch and I was successful with the ingredients and experimentation I tried. There isn't actual sweet+sour sauce here, but my combination came pretty close. She really enjoyed it.
We gave Zorra her bath, and she is doing so much better, ....and later, Claudia and Cristina bathed Killer which greatly reduces the flies around him.
I got word that my nephew Allan Luszcz from New Brunswick had a heart attack 3 days ago. It actually was fortunate, because they discovered a bad heart valve that would certainly have killed him soon. So, he has now had a triple bypass and a pig heart valve replacement. He is already joking about that, so we expect full recovery as his family needs him.
My arms were really sore so I worked the TENS machine to do accupuncture mode to relieve the pain. Then I let it run while I had another short nap. Great machine! I should use it more often.
I may get to finish the Yellowstone third season tonight. The writing is very sharp and sometimes really caustic and biting. I am learning new ways to really insult people. The series is highly recommended by me.
