Cristina has such a big heart that I find it hard to say no to her projects. The daughter of her niece's gay lover lives with the grandmother and the little girl has struck a chord with her.
Cristina wanted to take the kid on an outing so we found out where they lived and went and picked her up. We figured the play park at the La Herradura shopping center was better than the one at LA14 so there we went.
We had lunch at Subway, then let her enjoy the park, then ice cream, then another drink. Sofia also had a nice parting gift of pyjamas from Cristina.
It was a nice day except when we told the kid not to run up the inside of the long tube slide because it was dangerous and she couldn't see kids coming down, but the brat did it anyway.
On the way home, in deep thought, I decided that Latin America breeds people who do not respect persons other than family, and definitely do not respect your time or generosity. Pithy, and sadly true.
I hope you enjoy the pictures. That was the day’s excitement.
