We went at 7: 30am to meet with Drs Pesantez and Ortiz and received a Nov 30 surgery date for my wife's tumor (likely benign) on her right ovary. She also has unusual
menstrual problems so they have agreed to a complete hysterectomy. This makes Cristina happy.
Then we received the bittersweet news that Christian has been offered contract work as a food safety technician starting Monday at Colombina, the large candy manufacturer. It is a combination of having completed his practicum with that company and also having an uncle as a former Vice-President. The sad news is that he won't be here to help Cristina and me during her convalescence. Godspeed Christian on your new adventures. He leaves to return in the morning.
So now it is more critical than ever that we try to locate forever homes for the 3 latest dogs in our home, 2 males and a female. We have come to love them all with their individual personalities and loving natures so we hope that somebody who knows someone that has room for 1 or 2 rescues. Please pass on the word. Thank you.
