This last Wednesday was my 6-year anniversary of arriving in Cuenca to live. It wasn't long after that that I began shooting at Joes' Secret Garden on a regular basis.
Tonight was the monthly installment of Southern Fried Chicken and it was perfection, along with the mashed potatoes and gravy, cole slaw and biscuit.
The crowd was small because of the holiday weekend with so many competing events everywhere however Ken and KP are committed to bring excellent dining to Cuenca, one week at a time.
I hope you enjoy the photos. That was the
day’s excitement.
