Happy 52nd Anniversary Patsy..... Always remembered....
I awoke early and decided to get up and do chores. I somehow manage to be quiet enough not to awaken Yvette or Lou. I went back to bed around 10am and we all got up and primped just before noon.
After lunch, we began to play Wizards (a tough card game) and were bemoaning the fact that there were no birds around, but then the first robin of the year showed up, followed by a gorgeous female cardinal, then the rascally squirrel. I am OK with the less-than-perfect photos taken through the glass sliding door.
In an hour, I will check in for my flights to Edmonton tomorrow. I hate to leave here, I am so comfortable around Yvette and Lou who are always so very hospitable.
I have started this huge book, Petersburg, that Yvette gave me. I hope that I can manage to take it with me....
I hope you enjoy the pictures. That was the day’s excitement.
