Sunday April 17, 2022

Easter Sunday is a special day to be spent with family and/or friends and today was extra special.  Leonie and I, and her daughter Bryna and family, were hosted by her other daughter Nicole and family who had been preparing for days.  The potato pancakes, bunny pancakes, sausage, bacon, eggs, whipped cream, fruit, and more was an amazing meal, topped off with a belated birthday cake for Bryna.

All the kids were so very well behaved that we hardly knew they were around.  An Easter egg hunt was popular.

Dubhlainn, (Doo-Lin), Leonie's Labrador, is my constant companion at her place, while Ammo, Nicole and Jeff's Labrador also enjoyed my extra attention.  My doggie fix is important.

The weather is improving, although still variable, and the view of the Rockies was worth waiting for.  It is amazing how much snow has already left the peaks since yesterday.

I hope you enjoy the pictures.  That was the day’s excitement.
