Last
night, another bad sleep, but I still walked the dogs and went a few minutes to the gym.
We have had no cable signal for 3 days so the Movistar guys showed up this morning. I have good success reporting my problems to their Facebook chat. They actually had to go on the roof and change something on the satellite dish but now everything is working again.
We ran out to get my veggies and some supplies for Cristina's trip to the coast. I don't like to be out too long because I am still awaiting that darn UPS package. Good grief. If it was in Andalucia 3 days ago, it is easy to find our place....
Lunch was a delight, good corn-on-the-cob... Haven't had that in a long time. I don't know why, when we can have that year-round here.
I actually make up for my lack of sleep with a decent afternoon nap lately so I am not a zombie.
We were invited to Aram & Liliana's for supper at 6pm and it was raining. They are completely weird people and had eaten at 5pm... He said that they were hungry and that is the time they normally eat.. So I asked why he invited us at 6pm?? He said that I told him 6pm... No-o-o--o-o-o, I showed him his invitation definitely said 6pm.... He was a little shocked that that was the case.
They have a nice view from their third floor but marred by electrical wires everywhere. Hard to get decent pictures when it is raining.
We ate the nice chicken meal in the Colombian style with an awfully sweet wine. Then the gals went off to chat while Aram and I got into music videos and then Jeff Dunham the ventriloquist. Aram really like the dummies Walter and Achmed the dead Terrorist. What a hoot!
I am into a new Netflix series "Shooter". I am enjoying it.
I hope you enjoy the pictures. That was the day’s excitement.
