Happy 48th Anniversary Patsy.
We were supposed to go to Cali today with David M. but he postponed again because he was awaiting an important delivery which he received much later in the day.  Instead, we went over for coffee and solved many of the world's problems again.  Cristina enjoyed a series on big-screen TV in Spanish while we yakked.  One of the things we found in our discussions is that I can watch the PBS series, "Medici: Godfathers of the Renaissance", on YouTube!  It is an utterly fascinating look at an explosive time in the world.  I can't wait to brush up on all the intrigue....
Again, we didn't want to drive straight home so we took off up the first side road north of Tulua.  This went up into a development area for large homes and condominiums, mostly private property so we didn't get many shots there.
Then we went up the first road to the right in Andalucia which leads up the eastern range of mountains.  We had been there many months ago with Carlos, Jessica, and Andres but had to stop short that time because of rough road and muddy conditions.  We went a little further today but only got many of the same shots.  There was much low cloud today.
When we got home I noticed that Bugs and Bunny are making a pretty good escape tunnel and acting all innocent, but they don't fool me.  They have Cristina fooled.  She thinks they are just having fun and the concrete wall goes quite deep...  She won't let me fill it in again so I warned her that, if they escape because of her obstinacy, that that will be the end of the rabbit experiment.
Then I spotted that our dogs nabbed one of the pesky mice outside, already quite dead.  This would have just upset Cristina so I quietly got rid of it.
I experimented with the Lumix in the backyard a little on "freeze animal motion" mode and on manual focus.  It was a dismal failure, focusing is very difficult, so you won't get to see any of those botched experiments.
I hope you enjoy the pictures.  That was the day’s excitement.
