I keep having to fill in holes and tunnels begun by Bugs and Bunny.  I add in some good-sized rocks to make their digs frustrating so they will quit.  And they are both males, according to Cristina, but that doesn't stop them from doing what rabbits do.
Because Irma is heading to South Africa on Sunday night we met them for lunch at a restaurant called Memo.  It appears to have a thatched palm roof, but that is over top of a metal awning... It looks good though and makes it stand out.
We ordered some really good meals with soup and a pitcher of pineapple juice.  For the 4 of us the bill was $16.  We wish Irma good luck in selling her condo quickly in that troubled country.  It is good if she can sell it before everything falls apart for the white minority.  Things are getting bad there at a very fast pace.
We slipped into LA14 for a few veggies and I foung some vanilla Oreos for the first time in a while.
Then Cristina wanted to run downtown to buy a terrycloth bath robe like Cecilia bought when she was here.  There were none available at any of the many stores we tried.
Coming back onto the main road at an intersection with no signals I almost hit a motorbiks that came out of nowhere and cut right across the front of the car.  I missed it by inches.  Every time I go out, my dashcam catches the many idiots with a death wish, most on motorbikes, and many on bicycles (where most of them are over 70 and dawdling down the busiest roads without a care in the world).  I don't know how many times we see people texting while riding... absolute idiocy!  And, of course, it will always be my fault if they swerve in front of me like they always do without a glance or a signal.  My dashcam is the most important part of my car.
I hope you enjoy the pictures.  That was the day’s excitement.

Memo Restaurant.  Good food.
