Happy Birthday to my lovely sweet sister Leonie.
Our latest resident, Killer, is definitely on the mend. He has been practising on his own to stretch his front legs so that when he was strapped into the walking rig he was game to go. He still is favouring his left front leg but he gets more mobility every time he gets strapped in, including charging into a new bed he liked causing us all to laugh,... and chasing our females.... He is still strapped in quite high so that his back feet barely touch for now but we can see some twitching so it probably won't be long before he is going to want to try. Go Killer Go. You may not be the handsmoest dog but you definitely have heart.
I am trying to reach our lawn guy because the 'grass' has really reacted to all the recent rain.
We had another nice drenching rain in the mid-afternoon then Aram came over. We quickly investigated if moving to Canada could be an option for him but I had to be honest with him. His wife and daughter have American passports and his paperwork is in process for a Green card already. There really wouldn't be much point in redoing all this work for 3 persons when they have family in Florida. And there is always the slim chnace that they might stay in Colombia too, but less likely. Then we went for a nice walk for the exercise.
