This morning we had to have Cafe in early for her final chemo treatment.  They said to come back at 2 to pick her up.
So we came home, did our chores, had a nap, made salad for lunch and had a second nap.  For some unknown reason my left hip has been bothering me the last 2 days.
We went back for Cafe at 2pm and she was not ready, the Vet had had a busy morning.  So we headed into our bank in Tulua and we managed to withdraw the money needed for Cristina's operation easily at an outside kiosk, no waiting inside...  The bad news is that the account is almost empty and there is no sign of my money from Canada... Grrrrrrrrrrr
So we head to the lab for the results of Cristina's bloodwork and those readings are all in the normal ranges.  Hooray!
We take the test results to the Doctor, pay for the operation, and he confirms that we should be able to get the Pee test results tomorrow, or Friday, and that everything should be fine.
Something almost always gets lost in the translation but I think Cristina is trying to tell me that we need to run into Buga on Friday as well for anesthesiology...??  Why a person would get anesthetics the day before an operation makes no sense to me.
We arranged to meet David and Irma for beers at LA14 to celebrate the sale of his Cuenca condo.  Cheers!
We picked up Cafe on our way back, at 6:10pm.  She looks like a new dog so the chemo must have worked.
No pictures.  That was the day’s excitement.
