Happy 49th Birthday to my son Todd. Let's roll that odometer over again...
I did a rare photo gig today for my friend Liz to help her friend Louise (from Toronto) sell a condo here. So the photos are below. This home is almost on a mountaintop in the Misicata area, up a steep dirt road, and has some amazing views. Tempting, tempting.... but definitely need a car to get here. If anybody is interested, let me know and I'll put you in touch with them. I believe they are asking about $125,000. 3 bedrooms with own baths, social bathroom, TV room, patio, terrace, balcony and rooftop area. The terrace is on the third floor with the master bedroom, balcony, and a kitchenette area, so you don't have to go down to the main kitchen for coffee in the morning! Sweet!
