Last evening, I changed back to my own tripod, washed the window a little outside, so the P1100 had a reasonable chance of catching the crows decently near the water puddle in the parking lot next door, nearly at full zoom.... I am much happier with these results and I also combined a couple of short videos for you.... Crows are very intelligent. This one had picked up stuff from the church eavestrough and brought it to soak in the puddle...
This morning I took my new pickleball racket to Campus St Jean to join the Club 50+ to play for almost 2 hours with a very forgiving group. My cousin Jeanne also came and we had fun. I did not embarrass myself too badly for a beginner... It is sure hard to get accustomed to playing with a "dead" racket to hit a "dead" ball....
I was a little stiff and sore from all the bending involved but I took a couple of muscle relaxants and had a hot shower. I feel pretty much back to normal again and look forward to playing this sport again Thursday.
Tonight is Game 6 of the Stanley Cup finals and we are scared to see which Oiler team will show up tonight on our behalf, the snow-throwers or the hitters.... We are hoping for the latter of course....
I hope you enjoy the pictures (All backwards, again). That was the day’s excitement.
