Today, I ran the Gio all the way East to Rundle Park, full blast, and arrived there in 40 minutes, surprising even me.
FAFA was having a picnic at Site 1 behind the ACT Building in conjunction with the French Club 50+. The bus finally arrived with the bulk of the picnickers and we went to the site where tables of food were set up while patrons played Bocce (3 sets), beanbags, baseball, bowling and more. By noon, we were all revenous and the food was disappearing quickly. I met a lot of new people and it was a lot of fun.
I had to leave by 1pm to go to a family funeral, for which I am doing a separate Blog.
