We had a nice restful day at the acreage between Longview and High River, watching the grouse and playing with Leonie's black lab Dubhlainn. I keep getting my doggie fix and that makes me happy.
We had a nice lunch and played Rummycube which always reminds us of Mom and had needed naps before going across the yard to Nicole and Jeff's. We were joined by Bryna and her boys, but little Sylvie and hubby Dan were unable to attend. And Erin was upstairs in bed sick too. Boo Hoo.
Jeff was the chef for a lovely Easter dinner of lamb, mashed potatoes and salad. And strawberries and ice cream for dessert....
Then the young girls, Emma and Amy started entertaining us, joined by Leonie, Nicole and Bryna. What fun we had! And I have movies to prove it:
