Yesterday, they were cleaning the garage so I had to move my Gio out in the early morning and park it in front of the building. Later I took it to No Frills and bought some groceries, and came home and chopped up my cabbage, etc. Then Don came over and we watched our Oilers win Game 1 of the second round over the Las Vagas Golden Knights.
Today started off happy as we wished my lovely wife HAPPY BIRTHDAY! She is celebrating with one of her nieces.
And, I experimented with the new camera and found ways to take great shots over amazing distances... See below.
Then, we got the news that a cousin was found deceased in his apartment in Winnipeg on Monday. Nobody had heard from him for a week. His son found him and we can only imagine his grief.
Next, we kept getting updates on my brother Germain in the Regina Hospital that were not good, and ultimately received the news that he had passed away. I am still in great shock,... he was over 3 years younger than me.
Rest in Peace Bro! Love you and miss you already.
I hope you enjoy the pictures. That was the day’s excitement.
