OMG, I barely remember the beginning of October and it is already the 21st... Where has this year gone?

I broke a little routine today in that I skipped physio. I just had too much to get done in the morning, the RedBubble was glitching so I have to try to finish those uploads tomorrow. Then I am still advertiding for the OBG dance at Hallowe'en. Then I prepared my cabbage salad so I could have lunch then I sat down and found some UFC fights on TV which lasted for 4 hours. Between that, napping for a minutes at a stretch, and walking the dogs, that blew the afternoon.

I made it to Joes' under dark skies but there was no depth to them so I wasn't too worried about rain. Ken and KP were serving up Chicken Fried Steak, which is always my favourite and they had upped the pepper this time so it was just perfect. I don't know how I ate the yummy dessert but I did until my tummy ached.

It had just finished a short shower when we were all leaving but I had no trouble on the way home. I took a different roundabout route home to avoid downtown and Las Americas. We pavement is dangerous for a bike so avoiding traffic, lights, and painted crosswalks is the trick. The paint they use on the crosswalks is deadly slippery...

I hope you enjoy the photos. That was the day’s excitement.
