Beef Wellington is always a popular dish at Joes' and also one of the hardest to prepare because of everyone's different preferences for cooking, whether it be rare, medium, or well-done. Ken and KP pulled off another successful dinner, topped off with Strawberry Tres Leches Cake. Just delicious!!
