OK, Cristina tried to make an appointment with IESS this morning and got the same "there are no appointments available" spiel. God save us from socialist spendthrift governments. I guess we have to keep trying. Somebody said it is because this is the favourite vacation time for doctors... Maybe they are all gone to watch the Olympics in Brazil??
It was a pretty sunrise this morning when I walked the dogs after only 4 hours of sleep. The sun and blue sky continued when I went for my 3rd appointment with Dr Grace Ordonez to confirm the new crown on the wisdom tooth will fit perfectly.
It was still nice later in the morning so I talked Cristina into going for a ride on Toxic. We ended up going to Chordeleg and it was quite windy but comfortable. Of course Chordeleg is known for its jewelry, especially silver. I found a nice ring that fits well, see the photo below. Everybody loves elephants and I am hoping that this ring will help my failing memory, lol. The black inside ring actually rotates, so that is kinda neat.
