This morning, in Radville, Saskatchewan, they held a memorial service for my Mom Yvonne so her ashes could be interred with my father Horace. Mom passed away Feb 9 this year and would have been 100 years old tomorrow. RIP Mom.
This evening we did not work at Joes' Secret Garden because we were invited over to Theresa and Billy's new mansion for a going-away party for her cousin Linda. Lots of folks came and went but we stayed late because some impromptu music and singing began. Cristina found an Ecuatoriana to converse with so she was content.
One of the singers actually has a gig in Vegas as an Elvis impersonator and he has a great voice. His name is Walter Abril and he said that he has been singing since he was 3 years old.
We renewed acquaintances with lots of friends and had some good food and a few pops. I can't recall everyone's names so I won't bother with captions.
Have a safe trip back to the US Linda.
