Sleeplessness continues to plague me as I struggle to breathe easily in the prone position. I got up at 2am and didn't go back to bed.
We actually got away shortly after 10am because Cristina had spotted many tents yesterday at Parque De La Madre and wanted to see what the fuss was about.
She was right, there were a heckuva lot of tents for artisans from all over Ecuador with lots of neat and crafty things to sell, including frogs. I was a good thing that neither of us had much money with us because it would have been way too easy to get carried away.
