I got a call from Marco this morning to be at Marc's Bar on Luis Cordero to attend another press conference for the Perjudicados de Coopera.  Many poor folks have not received a dime since the liquidation of our Credit Union almost 2 years ago and we will continue to support them in their struggle.  We are getting attention in International courts now and we intend to keep up the pressure until all investors are treated equally.
The Government agency SEPS has bungled this liquidation since the beginning and more and more facts keep surfacing to prove their incompetence.  The Government continues to use its bullying tactics to suborn the courts to keep all their skulduggery secret.  There are several lawsuits in limbo awaiting one honest judge....
As usual, I was the token white face in the crowd and did not understand much of what was said in the 4 separate interviews given by Dr Gustavo Quito, a lawyer with quite a few bucks to collect yet.
There was some confusion about the start of the events.  The first posting on Facebook said 9:30 and another said 10:00.   So I erred on the side of caution and arrived shortly after 9:30 and the proceeding were already underway.
It was pretty obvious that some of the news people were shaking their heads as if to say "this isn't going to make the news...", and yet apparently Dr Quito has landed 2 follow-up radio interviews.
I hope you enjoy the photos.  That was the day's excitement,   Cheers, Al

The proceedings were well underway when I arrived

Dr Quito had Press kits and videos available

He was fielding a lot of pointed questions from journalists

Not all the journalists seemed very sympathetic

Dr Quito keeps up the pressure

Several of the Perjudicados were in attendance
