Sunday January 19, 2014
Still busy slowly emptying the house of junk.  One of my nieces was kind enough to come and take many family heirlooms and photographs for safekeeping.   She even took my old Raleigh bike and my elliptical trainer.
Today I spent most of my time organizing the DVD's I will bring back to Ecuador.  I think I have a total of 176 that I will be bringing.
Last night there was a pretty chinook sunset with the Rockies beautifully outlined on the horizon.  I am certainly going to miss this view.
Today we had 5 deer that seemed to stay in the neighbourhood finding things to feed on in the yards.  That is another thing I am dearly going to miss here.
Another showing tomorrow.   Cross your fingers....
Hope you enjoy the photos.  That was the day's excitement,   Cheers, Al

This is last night's chinook arch over the Rockies, wide angle

This is pretty much our view with the naked eye

The deer hung around all day, munching everything

Resting to chew...

The neighbours get the brunt of it

Their trees must taste better than ours
