Another day of preparing stuff for sale, doing repairs, etc.
The Rockies were very misty at lunchtime today but still visible.
In the mid-afternoon I was again graced by the herd of nine deer. The largest one was hogging the neighbour's bird feeder and chasing off any interlopers. I managed to get a couple of shots of the whole herd while one of the battles was in engagement. Then one youngster jumped the fence and barely made it, clipping his hooves on the top of the fence.
Later in the afternoon there were TWELVE deer back there......
The weather is gorgeous but cool, but seems much warmer when the wind dies down.
Hope you enjoy the photos. That
was the day's excitement, Cheers,
Al

This big fella was hogging the bird feeder |

Even the birds would not come near him |

Part of the herd of nine arrives |

Nine deer in this shot, and a fight in the center |
|
The big deer was not allowing anything near the bird feeder |
|
They seem so lost at times but I am glad they come near my place |

This little one jumps the fence |

Almost all the way over |

but he clips his hooves but makes it. |

They can tell we are friends |
|
We even manage to talk to them |

It looks like a doe and fawn |

This one thinks he is hidden. |
