The Edmonton Oilers actually showed up to play last night and won handily. It is tough watching the games on EST because of the 2 hour lag.. Games end around midnight.
Below is what are left of 120 shots I took of Tom Thumb with the D5600 on rapid-fire, in manual focus mode. With the processing through the Topaz PhotoAI, then finished in PhotoShop, I am not sure that I can get a whole lot better, but I definitely will continue to try....
In the middle of processing, Cristina and I went out to 2 local furniture places where we have bought a lot over the past 8 years, but they did not have the little rolling enclosed cabinets like 3 we already have... and no prospects of getting any soon,.. so we went into Tulua to a place that sells plastic slap-together furniture, of which we also have a bunch... We settled on a pair of cabinets with drawers... I basically want mine to hold my drinks and my gear while I take photos in the backyard. I wanted something a little more enclosed, but I can live with it.
I have been disappointed that I could not get the latest curling games on my new LG TV, having to settle for an app on my laptop or phone called rockchannel.com. It is a bad imitation of TSN or SportsNet but it seems to be the only choice I have...
