It is unusual to have a dreary day just drag on and on... I wish it would just rain like the forecast has predicted for days...
Last night our amazing Under-18 Canadian Women's squad battled and outshot the Americans, trying for the gold medal, but somehow lost their scoring touch for this one costly game. Congrats to the American squad for their 2-0 victory.
The Oilers won, again scoring a shutout, to prove that they can play when the urge hits them. Congrats to Ryan Nugent Hopkins, on scoring in his 1,000th game as an Oiler, the longest serving player...
Not much happening on this dreary day, but I did take a couple of shots in the backyard, changing the sky to blue in the processing... I admit it...
I have that Carpenters' song in my head now, "Rainy Days And Mondays".
Cristina took Buddy to the vet to get bloodwork done to check for problems.
A good day to just stay in bed.
I hope you enjoy the pictures. That was the day’s excitement.
