A belated 80th Birthday greeting to my awesome sister, Yvette...!!!! Go Girl Go... to many more....
Yesterday, I did basically nothing, and, as the joke goes, I am not finished yet!
Last evening, I was called to go play cribbage but 2 of our other players could not get downstairs.... For almost 2 months one of our 2 elevators has been out of commission then the other decided to take a sabbatical on the 6th floor. I am lucky that I have a short run up and down the stairs...
Today, our new friend Tracey advised me that she sold her Jeep and wanted to buy a red Gio like mine. I called the dealer, he had a red one in a crate to assemble and wanted a down payment... so I went down there and put $100 on it. I will pick up Tracey and she can drive it home Monday afternoon! She is beyond thrilled!
I was planning to go to the Southside anyway and stopped at the Bulk Barn, then Extra Foods, then Dollarama, filling in some grocery gaps.. I will make buying Habitant Canadian Pea Soup part of my habit now... It is filling, high in protein and low on calories.... a good combination...
Then I was called to play cribbage again tonight and 3 of us played. The cards were not in my favor and I got skunked twice in 5 games..., winning only once.
I am not quite as happy with my photo results tonight. I need a lot more practice with the P1100 and Topaz AI.
