Saturday night, I was up reading until 2:40am Sunday...., so I got up really late. And belated 28th birthday to my Grandson Dawson....
Once I got moving, I cut my hair and goatee as part of the "toilette" of the day. I am ready again for another bout of summer later in the week.
I played cribbage in the evening and we won a lot for a change... then I went to bed much earlier than normal.
Today, I was up and ready to pick up Tracey to take her to pay for, and pick up, her new red Gio Element like mine... It was drizzly and quite cool, so I recommended that she ask Gateway Powersports to deliver it.... But the allure of driving the new unit was too great so she drove it home, arriving some time after I had dropped off her manual wheelchair. She has already posted photos on Facebook of her crossing the 105th Street Bridge, so she was doing well on her maiden voyage.
Bob had wanted help today as well with transportation, but our times did not mesh and he managed on his own. There is only so much time in the day.
So the pictures of the flowers were taken this morning, in the drizzle, ...fixed in Topaz AI and finished off in PhotoShop. I am getting more accustomed to the Topaz process so I think things will be easier from now on. I am not displeased with the results today, considering that the flowers were moving in the ever-present wind.
Oh, and talking to Tracey on the way down, I found out that I used to work with her ex-husband at Northgate Pontiac, as he worked with my neighbour of 19 years, crazy Kevon, in the Parts Department. More coincidences in this way-too-small-a-world.
