Tonight was Southern Fried Chicken at Joes', and an overflow crowd of 140 patrons were there to partake of the favourite meal in Cuenca, including DJ who was celebrating his 70th Birthday.

It was also confirmed that Joes' is now under new management, with Ken and Amarasiri now at the helm. The two new owners have been in training, and cooking, for 2 months in preparation for the takeover.

Joe and Joseph will miss cooking, which is their passion, but it is their C2C container business that provides the gravy. We wish all four of them the best of success in their upcoming ventures.

It has been confirmed that the new owners want me to continue taking photos for them as well.
