Joe and Joseph occasionally intentionally schedule a meal where they know they will get a small crowd. This is to give them breathing room between busy times with some of their other ventures, like memorials, concerts, and their container business.
So a Mediterranean night with spaghetti and meatballs had the desired effect. Joe outdid himself with the dessert, a mora chiffon pie which was to die for.
