Cristine went for her accupuncture treatment which must be working, because she has had no migraines since she started them!
I contacted my friend Wolf to be sure he had returned from Germany as planned and he responded that we should get together for an ice cream here in Andalucia at 3pm. We agreed.
I spent all the early afternoon waiting on the patio, interacting with the dogs a lot. Strangely we did not see Tom Thumb at all...
Around 2:45pm the big dark clouds rolled in and a thunderstorm began. I texted Wolf on WhatsApp that my weather app said the storm would continue until 5pm (which it did) so we decided to postpone our meeting until tomorrow, same time.
I have always loved a good thunderstorm and this one was a 7, on a scale of 10. I sent a WhatsApp to Gustavo in Cuenca that I was sending this storm his way. Cuenca has had drought conditions for much too long and that is even causing power rationing. I sure would like to see that solve itself before I arrive Dec 4.
I watched a movie last night called "Nowhere", which is actually in Spanish with English subtitles. So I copied it onto a different memory stick for Cristina and installed the VLC viewer on her TV in the bedroom, and showed her how to play a movie through the VLC app. I also gave her Wild Robot to watch at her request.
Time to watch sports, specifically curling first...
I hope you enjoy the pictures. That was the day’s excitement.
