The morning started badly, with unusual Firefox problems, then Microsoft, then the Servinet Internet again! I fought with it and finally called Servinet once more, saying we paid for, and expected, STABLE service.
Meanwhile, I got an email from Avianca changing my Guayaquil flight on Jan 1 from 5am to 11am and arrival in Toronto at 9:30pm.... Now I have to make sure they haven't bumped me to different seats.....
The Servinet tech, always the same nice guy, came and changed the router and the configuration once again. We also determined that the 5Ghz router service at the main computer does not translate fully on wi-fi to my 2.4Ghz laptop. And I searched like heck to find a way to change my laptop to 5Ghz but all the videos do the same thing that doesn't work on it. Drat.....
Then the doorbell rang around 4:30pm and there were my 4 Amazon deliveries.... FINALLY!! I installed the second water hose holder and put together and tested the new Pressure washer. Cristina was impressed, as that will make the cleanups easier on the patio for sure.
Since it is dark here at 6pm, the construction of the new metal firepit will wait until the morning, and then the new cover will keep it from the elements..... Looking forward to being a firebug and having a BBQ soon.
Sofi is here playing UNO and other games with Cristina.
