We took an intercity bus to Cristina's home town, Roldanillo, where they have the hanggliding world chmapionships, usually in January. Today they were having a celebration of the town's Flavours and Colours, where artisans had tents covering the main square, selling their foods and wares to the accompaniment of live music. It was very warm, and I was practicing "mind over matter" to ignore the heat, and I seemed a lot more comfortable than Cristina in her black vinyl pants.
She got to do some shopping, buying things with hummingbirds today, bags and earrings.... After one circuit, I was happy to sit in the shade and watch the shows as they traded musical groups often.
I was happy the get home before dark. We discussed a possible move to Roldanillo which normally had nice cool breezes, and a lot of expats.
