My buddy Raul invited to be his guest at the baptism of the son of one of his cousins from the USA. Raul was very proud to be asked to be the Godfather and he wanted to be able to give the family the gift of photos of the occasion. Little Jerry is very fortunate to have Raul for a Godfather, along with Nora, his Aunt.
Little did I know that Jerry's parents were also going to be Godparents for another cousin's little girl, Anahi. Plus, they were going to be getting baptized at San Alfonso's church along with 21 other children.
Surprisingly, they somehow managed to get everything done in under 2 hours because they were having a mass right after the ceremony.
Then everyone eventually made it to Quinta Berenice (close to Hearts Of Gold) where snack food and small desserts were on display. Free drinks were being doled out about every 1/2 hour and I couldn't even tell you what they were... Anyway, it was very odd and I didn't even get a buzz on. I managed to have a solitary dance with the Godmother Nora and made my exit around midnight.
