Had some sad news today from Canada. What does a person do when their home is torched to the ground by a disgruntled child.... So very sad indeed.
Cristina and I had another visit from Cecilia and Alex and family today and she went shopping almost all day with them. I got some rest and walked the dogs a lot before preparing to go to Joes' Secret Garden for the Fish Fry supper that I enjoy. It is so hard to get a nice fish 'n chip meal here.
There was a nice crowd of just under 50 people who really enjoyed the fish, and then the cheesecake dessert, immensely. Lots of canadian friends in attendance tonight. Soon we just might become the majority and be ordering poutine... Ha, ha, ha... yuck...
I hope you enjoy the photos. That was the day’s excitement.
