On the way to Joe's Secret Garden I made several stops at veterinarian shops and pet shops to price out doggie items likes, beds, collars, retractable leashes, etc. The price variances were enormous, from $8.50 to $50.00 for a retractable leash. The pet shop near SuperMaxi at El Vergel was the undisputed winner.
Another really nice crowd at Joe's tonight with more new faces to enjoy the BBQ ribs and sausage. The sausages were hand-made by Joe himself and they are the best in Cuenca. Lots of folks are back from trips to the US or Canada for the summer and it was great to see them all again.
