We were up early again and Cristina went into Tulua to get 'soup' meat for the canines. I needed to keep busy....
I cleaned up some more outside and waited for Tom Thumb to show. He showed up with a rival which only makes him more protective of his nectar station... I got some pretty decent shots today...
We had a vet visit to collect blood from some of our dogs. I suspect mainly either Negrita or Nina to have tick disease as well and we are determined to be proactive after the shocking loss of our dear Princesa. I am still feeling responsible for not acting sooner when I spotted the first signs. Each dog has a big piece of our heart, as do now the cats, rabbit, duck, pigeons and chickens.
Some Olympic events have already started, like mixed curling, but I have yet to sit down and try to catch any of that action.
