Tonight is supposed to be the full "Snow" moon but it appears that I may get skunked on getting shots because of a persistent rainstorm hovering all day over the town...
I was up late last night watching all my curling, basketball, and hockey team picks lose until 12:30am... Groan....
So, what does a person do on a rainy, dreary Sunday with no plans...????
First, we slept in good, ...did chores, ...then watched Team Canada (Einarson) beat Team Alberta (Sturmay) easily because Sturmay did not play the same aggressive style as yesterday. Go figure...
Tonight Einarson has a shot again at Team Manitoba (Lawes) who has stayed unbeaten, rightfully so, through the whole Scotties tournament for this year's title. Lawes appears to be unbeatable and Einarson is plagued with inconsistency and nerves... Lawes beat Einarson like a rented mule in the last game. Lawes deserves to win this year.
Cristina was lazily watching TV in a hammock in the patio enclosure with Choco hopping around.
I stepped outside in the rain to try to perfect my shots of raindrops and am very happy with today's results..
Then I saw this Kiskadee fighting itself in the neighbour's upper mirrored window about 60 feet away.... Just too funny!!!
I hope you enjoy the pictures. That was the day’s excitement.
