Today was as good a day as we could have hoped for, after yesterday...

Team Homan were solid in winning the Olympic Bronze medal in women's curling over the USA.  They were in good form today and had very few misses.  Congrats to the ladies!!

Then Team Jacobs out-fought the world champion British Team Mouat to take the Olympic GOLD medal in men's curling.  They too were in top form and well deserving of the win...  Congrats to the guys playing out of the Glencoe rink in Alberta...

Then Team Slovakia lost the Men's Olympic hockey Bronze medal game to Team Finland by a score of 6-1.

Canada now has 20 total medals and not much happens tomorrow except the most important hockey game between Canada and the USA at 8am.  That should be a fun affair, we hope...

Preceding that will be the women's curling Gold medal game at 5am, but we have little interest in whether the Swedes or the Swiss win....

After tomorrow, our lives should return to a dull roar again.

I hope you enjoy the pictures.  That was the day’s excitement.
